The entire process from the start of the design phase to construction completion was handled professionally and with the utmost concern for the customer. The care that you and your employees have for the customer is second to none.
Bob Heine, the Project Manager for our home, was great to work with. He fielded many "daily" questions from me and was always very accommodating to our needs. "Can't do that" or "that's not my responsibility" is not in Bob's vocabulary. Most importantly, the service after the sale has been second to none. I have contacted Bob several times since we moved in. He has been very helpful and courteous with each of my requests.
I thought it was important to let you know how my family felt about the entire construction process. We are very satisfied with the finished product and your company made the experience very positive. I would highly recommend Norman L. Graham, Inc. to anyone who is considering building a new home.
