[We] wanted to write a letter and offer our sincere thanks for all of your efforts in building our new home. Having never gone through the home building experience in the past, we entered the project with a high level of anxiety derived from friends and family members who warned us of how frustrating and difficult the home building process can be. What we know now, however, is that selecting the right builder is the only true decision to worry about. It is hard to say what impressed us most, but a few things certainly come to mind. At the design phase, Gerald displayed a rare ability to blend our ideas with his suggestions. He knew exactly when we needed input and when we should be left alone to make decisions on our own. During the construction phase, the accessibility and responsiveness of our project manager Bob amazed us. Having someone actually answer the phone when you call over 99% of the time is almost unheard of in today's world. Lastly, the craftsmanship, integrity, and level of customer service displayed throughout the project truly sets a standard, for not only home builders, but business in general.
We are thrilled with every aspect of our new home. Thanks again for turning what we thought might have been a difficult process into something enjoyable, rewarding, and satisfying.
