While specializing in custom new homes, Norman L Graham Inc. also provides it’s expertise in custom addition-renovation projects. The same creativity and attention to detail that clients have come to expect from the company are also applied to their remodeling jobs. Addition-renovation project in Bird-in-Hand, PA

This project took a rather nondescript, small contemporary style home and expanded it into a 4000 square foot Arts & Crafts masterpiece. The house is located near a small airport. The Owner wanted to be able to taxi his plane off the runway into his garage-hanger. The oversized three car garage accommodates three cars as well as the plane. Access is provided by means of a hydraulic lift that raises the entire gable end of the garage, providing an entrance for the airplane. This unique project received an “Award of Excellence” from the Lancaster County Building Industry Association Remodelers Council.

Addition-renovation project in Millersville, PA

This project took a typical 1920's four square two story brick home and added a three car garage, master bedroom and swimming pool enclosure. All were blended creatively with the original style of the house, enhancing the home’s curb appeal. The addition and renovations helped bring this residence into the 21st century.
