  Yes, in fact, Norman L. Graham Inc. builds many homes on owner's lots.

• What about house plans?

  One of our unique abilities is to offer personalized architectural design services to our home building clients.

• May I use my own plans?

  Yes, as long as you realize that revisions might need to be made in order to make the plans code compliant.



• How do I get started?

• What kind of selections will I be able to make for my new home?

  With a custom home builder you get to make selections for all finish aspects of your new home. We guide you step by step through the selection process. Your only limitations are your budget.

• What if I have questions during the construction process?

  Our project manager is always available to answer your questions and to assist you in any way possible.



• Will I have access to my home during construction?

  Yes, you are free to visit the home at any time. You must acknowledge the risks of construction sites and exercise extreme caution when visiting the site.
