A realistic computer "walk-through" helps you visualize your home's interior, as well. Graham, Inc. has taught our employees and loyal group of subcontractors how to meet our high quality standards. Norman L. Graham, Inc. builds homes in our own custom home communities, as well as building several homes each year on owners' lots throughout the county. Our currently active communities are Hartman Station and Timberline Estates.

A word about ENERGY STAR®

An ENERGY STAR Labeled home uses about 30% less energy for heating, cooling, and water heating than a home that is solely built to the PA State Energy Code. The reduction in energy use is achieved through improved insulation, advanced windows, tightly sealed air ducts, high efficiency heating and cooling, and reduced air infiltration. The approval process requires an on-site inspection by a certified ENERGY STAR technician to check the energy efficiency of both the house and the HVAC system. Norman L. Graham contracts with an ENERGY STAR certification company to do all required inspections. At the completion of construction, an infrared camera is used along with air filtration testing to verify the energy efficiency of the final product.
